The city of Sunnyside has partnered with Xpress Bill Pay to provide online payment of utility bills.
Residents need an internet connection through a Web browser and an e-mail address. Once they've signed up for a free account they can start using the service.
Every month the city will send those with online accounts a reminder e-mail to let them know when their bill is online.
Users then log onto xpressbillpay.com to view and pay their bill.
The service also provides users with a full year's history of their utility accounts with the city.
Credit card, debit card or electronic fund transfers will be accepted for on-line payment.
To sign up, click on the "Online Bill Pay" link on the center of the city's home webpage and follow the instructions there.
