The Great Balloon Rally in Prosser is scheduled to launch Friday, Sept. 24, at the Prosser Airport. The annual event lasts throughout the weekend of Sept. 24-26, with balloon launches Friday, Saturday and Sunday morning (weather permitting). Spectators are urged to arrive at the airport at 6:15 a.m. each day. The annual Night Glow will take place Saturday at Art Fiker Stadium. Gates open at 5:30 p.m. Admission is free for all events.
