Church clean-up

Zach Bates (L) and Arlo Waggoner re-line shelves with contact paper as part of a clean-up effort at the Church of God in Sunnyside. Church members spent Saturday cleaning up the Parsonage, a home that is attached to the Church of God. Pastor Karen Helsel said the home was being re-painted and cleaned, with some minor renovations. Church members are getting the house ready for a new family that will help in the church’s new ministries aimed at working with new families. “Our goal is to reach out to the whole valley,” Helsel said.
