I have lived in and around Sunnyside for a long time. I walk our two dogs a lot around town and the edge of town. I have even walked them in Prosser and Grandview, and my husband and I go to Prosser and Grandview to eat out, visit, etc.
Prosser and Grandview are so nice and clean. They have redone a lot in Grandview to make the middle of town look beautiful, and Prosser keeps the middle of town looking very nice.
The other (early) morning while walking our dogs in Sunnyside I stopped on the corner of Sixth Street and Edison Avenue and took a long look up and down the streets. And I thought, how ugly Sunnyside has become. I have thought about it before but not as much until I stopped and looked around.
I love Sunnyside, but it shames me to see how run down it is now.
Does anyone else see or not see what I do?
