DEATH NOTICE

MAXINE MARIA STEVENS

September 25, 2012

Maxine Maria Stevens, 95, died on Friday, Sept. 21, 2012.

She was born in Chelan to Chester and Alma Tuttle.

She married Blair Stevens.

She is survived by her husband, Dr. Blair Stevens; sons, Robert Stevens of Arlington, Richard Stevens of Chandler, Ariz., and Dr. James Stevens of Sunnyside; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Saturday Sept. 29, 2012, at 11 a.m. at Smith Funeral Home in Sunnyside.

Smith Funeral Home Ltd. and Crematory in Sunnyside is in charge of arrangements.
