GALE L. NEWEL

Gale L. Newell, 63, of Grandview died on Tuesday, Oct. 9, 2012, in Sunnyside.

He was born in Tacoma.

He is survived by his wife, Janis Newell of Grandview; two children, Holli Matthew of Spokane and Kevin Newell of Leesburg, Va.; three grandchildren; two brothers, Karl Newell of Waitsburg and Sale Newell of Sequim; and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial funeral services will be held Monday, Oct. 15, 2012, at 2 p.m. at Smith Funeral Home in Grandview.

Smith Funeral Home Ltd. and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
