Refuse pick-up dates change

Due to the Thanksgiving holiday next Thursday, Nov. 22, the city of Sunnyside is announcing a date change for some garbage pick-ups next week.

Those whose normal garbage pick-up day is Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday will not see their schedules change next week.

Those with a normal Thursday pick-up will have the day moved to Friday next week. Those with a Friday schedule will have their garbage picked up next Saturday.

Residents are asked to call the city's finance department at 837-3782 with any questions.
