Auditions slated Dec. 8 for NBC's 'The winner is...'

SEATTLE - The producers of NBC's "The Voice" and "Deal or No Deal" promise its new show, "The Winner is...," is sure to be the whopper of all singing shows.

Simply put, the crew is looking to cast amazing voices. Contestants can range from wanting to chase the dream or just the grandma who happens to have a beautiful voice.

Each week, the performers will battle it out bracket-style for a shot at the million dollar grand prize. This is no ordinary singing show, though. With a game show element added, the risk and reward is high and bets will be waged. Only those willing to put it all on the line will have the chance to walk away victorious.

A casting call is set for Saturday, Dec. 8, at Seattle's Hard Rock Café, beginning at 9 a.m. The open call to all aspiring performers will wrap up at 3 p.m.
