DEATH NOTICE

SYMINA MEEKER

February 19, 2013

Symina (Mien) Meeker, 85, of Sunnyside died on Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2013.

She is survived by her sons, Lawrence Meeker, Clarence Meeker and Willard Meeker, all of Sunnyside; one daughter, Elaine MacDougall of Sammamish; five grandchildren; siblings, Barbara Hubers and Adri Clapp; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; and a brother, Willem "Wim" Hubers.

Viewing and visitation will be held Friday, Feb. 22, 2013, from 2 to 8 p.m. at Smith Funeral Home in Sunnyside. Memorial services will be held Saturday, Feb. 23, 2013, at 11 a.m. at Sunnyside Presbyterian Church.

Smith Funeral Homes Ltd. and Crematory in Sunnyside is in charge of arrangements.
