Lower Valley students make the grade at Univ. of WashingtonFebruary 21, 2013 SEATTLE - Students from the Sunnyside area have been named to the dean's list at the University of Washington for the autumn quarter. To qualify for the dean's list, a student must have completed at least 12 graded credits and have a grade point average of at least 3.50 (out of 4). Area students who made the dean's list include Grandview residents Raquel Amelisa Castaneda and Johanna Sanchez; Mabton resident Isabela Tali; Outlook resident Emily Rose Hutchins; and Sunnysiders Melissa Chapina, Abbagail Jane Gomez, Marlene Manzo, Blanca Leticia Mejia, Megan Nancy Tyler, Cristian Fidel Vargas, Jessica Velasquez and Emily Kristine. |
