Contract for AWOS project awarded

The Sunnyside City Council approved a resolution awarding a contract for the AWOS Project at the Sunnyside Municipal Airport to William Charles West Construction.

The city received six bids for the project and selected the lowest bidder. The total amount of the bid for installation of the weather data station is $330,252, including taxes.
