Three vehicles targeted by thieves in Grandview

GRANDVIEW - Several car stereos and CDs were reported missing in Grandview Monday, with three vehicle prowls being reported to the Grandview Police Department throughout the day.

The first report involved a Ford Bronco in the 900 block of Conestoga Way. The prowl was reported at 10:22 a.m. The owner of the vehicle came out to find the a window had been broken out and the stereo was missing. The second vehicle prowl that day was reported at 8:26 p.m. in the 200 block of Opal Road. The vehicle's owner came out to find various CDs had been taken, as well as a Pioneer detachable face stereo. According to the Grandview Police Department there are no suspects in either case.

The third vehicle prowl was reported at 9:23 p.m. in the 400 block of West Fifth Street. The Grandview Police Department had no additional information on this case at press time.
