Grace Mary Brigman, 80, of Sunnyside passed away Tuesday, Jan. 13, 2004, at Sunnyside Community Hospital.

Grace was born April 19, 1923 at Rhinelander, Wis., the daughter of Viola (DeBroux) and Earl Bissonnette. Grace received her education in Wisconsin. In 1959 Grace moved to Sunnyside. On Dec. 7, 1974 she married James D. Brigman in Goldendale. Following their marriage they made their home in Eugene, Ore. James passed away in 1976 and Grace moved to Sunnyside in 1978.

Grace worked as a housekeeper for Sunnyside General Hospital until she retired in 1985.

Grace was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Sunnyside. She enjoyed reading, traveling and time spent with her family.

Grace is survived by two daughters, Bonnie Gregory and husband, Ken, of Sweet Home, Ore., and Debbie Haven of Sunnyside; one son, Wally Haven and wife, Stacey, of Beaverton, Ore.; one daughter-in-law, Sue Haven of Eugene,; eight grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; special friends, Gloria Bickett and Rose Rea; four brothers, Earl Bissonnette of Roseburg, Ore., Russell Bissonnette of Winston, Ore., Jerome Bissonnette of Las Vegas, Nev., and Robert Bissonnette of Yakima; and one sister, Marion Neptune of Yakima. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Grace was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, James; one son, Larry Haven; and one sister, Arlene Clingman.

Viewing and visitation will be held Friday, Jan. 16, 2004, from 8 a.m. until time of service at 10 a.m. at Smith Funeral Home, Sunnyside. Inurnment will follow in Eugene.
