Guardrail project

Thank you to all the helping hands on the Fifth Street guardrail project. We have many, many caring citizens in Sunnyside.

Paint was provided by Ace Hardware, Bi-Mart, Bill Eikenberry, Standard Paint and Bieber Brothers. Pans and rollers were provided by Rudy and Isabelle Lopez, Beverly Duncan, Joie Eirich, Robert and Maria Vigil, Jim and Deleese Restucci and Delbert Stone. Garbage bags, paper towels and soap were provided by Carlos Diaz and Tina Knoth of the Washington State Migrant Council, and Carrie Stone and Delbert Stone. Thanks to Harriet Wertenberger for the $50 that we used to buy ice cream bars for all who helped.

And thanks to all who were there who put their handprints on the guardrail.
