BURBANK - Kenneth R. Marsh, 37, of Granger escaped injury
yesterday in a three-vehicle accident that occurred in Burbank.
Although Marsh was uninjured, his 1991 Mazda was totaled.
According to the Washington State Patrol, Marsh's car
collided with a 1993 Kenworth on SR-12, at the Basin Drive intersection in
Burbank. The Kenworth, driven by 33-year-old Noe A. Alvarez of Moses Lake, had
been struck by a 1996 International semi-truck. The first collision spun the
westbound Kenworth into the eastbound lane on SR-12. Marsh's vehicle then
struck the Kenworth.
WSP troopers report that at the time of the 7 a.m. accident
on Monday, there was limited visibility due to heavy fog.
No criminal charges are expected to be filed.
