Six thefts reported in Sunnyside yesterday

Six thefts, including two of vehicles, were reported yesterday (Wednesday) in Sunnyside.

One of the vehicles was a dark green Honda Passport with a black push-bumper, reported stolen at 5:51 p.m. by a resident on East Parkland Drive. The vehicle had a temporary plate posted in the rear window. The second vehicle, a van, was reported stolen from a residence in the 800 block of East North Avenue. That report was made at 4:43 p.m.

The other thefts and times they were reported are:

-At 11:36 a.m. it was reported that a stereo and portable CD player were taken from an unlocked car in the 100 block of East Edison Avenue.

-At 2:38 p.m. officers received a report that patio furniture had been stolen from a residence in the 500 block of Reeves Way.

-At 5:34 p.m. a theft from a residence in the 1400 block of East Lincoln Avenue was reported. No details available as to what was taken.

-At 11:55 p.m. a shoplifting incident was reported at Wal-Mart.
