Inland Northwest gets Mabton milk supply bid

- The Mabton School Board awarded the 2005-06 dairy product bid to Inland Northwest of Spokane during the board's July meeting held Monday night.

In making its decision, the board took into account that the company is able to supply the district's food service program with the lowest per unit price of three companies submitting bids, said Mabton School Board Chairman Manuel Guzman. Inland Northwest has agreed to supply half pint 1 percent white milk at the cost of 14.5¢ per unit and half-pint 1 percent chocolate milk at the cost of 14.3¢ per unit.
