Omnibus hearing continued to August

GRANDVIEW - Grandview's Ignacio Rosas, 35, who is facing one count of first degree child molestation, had his omnibus hearing scheduled for yesterday continued to August.

Rosas, who was arrested by Grandview police in May after it was reported that he was suspected of molesting a 9-year-old girl, was originally scheduled to have his omnibus hearing on June 16, with a pending trial date of June 27.

According to the Yakima County Prosecutor's Office, Rosas' hearing was continued and is now scheduled to take place Aug. 11, with a pending trial date of Aug. 22.
