Circus Chimera coming to Sunnyside for limited engagement

The Sunnyside Lions Club is bringing Circus Chimera to town for a limited engagement. The beautiful one-ring big top, the tallest circus tent in the world, will be set up on Allen Road, next to C. Speck Motors, July 5- 7 with two shows daily at 4:30 and 7:30 p.m.

This year's all new show called, "MAGIMYSTICAL, " includes acts never before seen in America, such as the Maltese Falcon's Death Defying Flying Trapeze and the Passing Leap from Venezuela. A few of the acts featured are Ekaterika, the amazing Russian contortionist, and Olga, a magical Russian quick change artist, whom audiences will have a hard time believing even after seeing her perform.

Also featured will be the amazing X-Treme Flyers on the Giant Russian Swing.

Circus Chimera has been described as a cross between Ringling Brothers and Cirque du Soleil, combining the art of theater with the daredevil quality of a traditional acrobat- filled circus.

General admission seats are available for $10, reserved seats for $13 and ring side box seats only $16.

Advance tickets are available at the Daily Sun News, 600 S. Sixth St., at the cost of $7. The $3 discount applies to all seat levels and is compliments of the Sunnyside Lions Club.

Reserved and box seats are available by calling 1-888-663-7464 (toll free).
