Tebaldi applies for six-lot subdivision

Yakima County commissioners took time Tuesday morning to set up a closed record public hearing for a six-lot subdivion application filed by Sunnyside's Al Tebaldi.

Tebaldi said he and his wife are planning to divide their 17 acres of property located just a half-mile west of Sunnyside on Lester Road into several parcels, adding that they are not currently planning on doing anything with it.

As it stands now, Tebaldi said the couple is planning to keep eight acres for themselves and split up the remaining nine acres into other lots.

The closed record public hearing for the subdivision is set to take place Tuesday, March 15, at 10:30 a.m. in room B33 of the Yakima County Courthouse.
