JEANETTE MARIE FALLERT

Jeanette (Janet) Marie (Roy) Fallert, 73, of Sunnyside passed away Saturday, Dec. 23, 2006, due to breast cancer, surrounded by her loving family at home for her birthday.

She was born Dec. 22, 1933, in Yakima to Henry and Marion Roy. She received her education in Sunnyside. On June 28, 1975, she married Frank Fallert of Sunnyside. Janet worked at various jobs throughout her lifetime.

Later she enjoyed her yard, gardening and decorating. She loved lots of family get togethers and holidays. She also had a great love for animals, football games, traveling and croquet.

She was a very loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She will be greatly missed and will always be in our hearts.

She is survived by her loving husband, Frank Fallert of Sunnyside; three daughters, Mrs. Sandra Thompson and husband, Bob, of Sunnyside, Mrs. Gloria Golob and husband, Brant, of Yakima and Mrs. Doris Denning and husband, Jeff, of Richland; three sons, Mr. Bryan Denson and wife, Patty, of Sunnyside, Mr. Bruce Denson and wife, Nancy, of Naches and Mr. Brad Denson and wife, Wendy, of Sunnyside; 17 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by two brothers, Roland (Pierre) Roy of Sunnyside and Jimmy Roy and wife, Donna, of Zillah; two sisters, Mrs. Rose Marie Konzak and husband, George, of Richland and Mary Lou Biegler of Yakima; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, William B. Denson; her parents; an infant daughter, Delores Ann; a grandson, Davis Denson; three brothers, Paul Roy, Clement Roy and Roger Roy; and two sisters, Theresa (Roy) Staulhut and Cecilia (Roy) Oppegard. Viewing and visitation will be held Friday, Dec. 29, 2006, from 1 to 5 p.m. and Saturday, Dec. 30, 2006, from 9 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at noon at Smith Funeral Home, Sunnyside. Those wishing to honor her memory may contribute to the Yakima Humane Society, 2405 W. Birchfield Road, Yakima, WA. Smith Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
