Food bank drive
The Lower Yakima Valley Associationof Realtors holiday food
bank drive was a tremendous success this year. The realty offices of DK Bain
Real Estate, Prudential Valley Investment Properties, RE/MAX First Advantage,
Timmermans Real Estate, Kimbrough & Associates, Juarez Realty, Chapman
Lampson Real Estate and Moore & Mellor Realty all participated.
More than 5,000 lbs. of food goods were raised and delivered
to the food banks of the four surrounding communities over the Christmas

As my term as city councilman officially ended Monday, Jan.
9, I would like to thank the people of Sunnyside for their support over the
last eight years.
I would also like to thank all of the voters who voted for
me in the last election. A special thank you to my wife, my family and my close
friends for their continued support. I would not have been able to serve
without their help.
I am proud to call Sunnyside my home. We have a great city
with great people who donate their time and talents for the betterment of the

urge all of you to call a city councilman and express your feelings. The job of
a councilman is not easy, but is very rewarding. Community members, get behind
the current council and give them the support they need. Let's take Sunnyside
to the next level!
