Funds approved for Port of Grandview

County commissioners on Tuesday approved a total of $579,682 for the Port of Grandview. Half of the funds will be in the form of a grant from the Supporting Investments in Economic Diversification (SIED) fund and the other half will be a loan.

The Port of Grandview will use the money to improve nearly half mile of roadway at the Stover Road industrial development site, along with sidewalk, curbs, gutters, water and sewer lines for the area.
