She was born in Scott's Bluff, Neb. She had lived for 25 years in Sunnyside, prior to living in Modesto. She had been a resident at Walnut Grove Assisted Living in Modesto for the past two and a half years.

She is survived by her children, Sharon (Jim) Beamer of Vacaville, Roxie (Rich) Taylor of McMinnville, Ore., Janeen (Craig) Studley of Modesto and Ken (Leah) Selby of Anchorage, Alaska; 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, LeRoy Selby, on Jan. 26, 2003.
