Town hall support lauded

The fifth annual Mabton Town Hall, held March 30, was a huge success thanks to the many volunteer hours given by the community to make Mabton students better educated for tomorrow's Mabton. We appreciate the cooperation given by Mabton parents, students, teachers and staff for this important yearly event.

Helping to make the day enjoyable as well as educational are a number of generous Lower Valley businesses. Their contribution of items for the event door prizes was used to help celebrate the Mabton School District's efforts to improve and expand quality educational opportunities for Mabton children. Our thanks to the following businesses: Dairy Fair, Sewing Basket and Quilted Country Inn, Ace Hardware, Realtor with Dick Bain Realty Realtor Darrel Cook, Ace Postal Service, Hopfengarten, Northwest Horticulture, Valley Ford-Kia, Aztlan Sportswear, C. Speck Motors, American West Bank-Mabton branch, Tucker Cellars, Bonnie's Gifts, Electric Beach, New Reflections, Slam Dunk Athletics, Sunnyside Community Hospital, Hart Communications, Nobles Furniture, Floor Covering and Paint, JCPenneys, Hallett Cinema, Valley Lanes, Blue Sky Market, Bieber Brothers Fashion Floors, Sixth Street Gifts and Morris Floral. Thank you for your part in making the 2007 Town Hall a great success.
