to Charles H. and Lorene I. (Pearson) Roscoe. He spent his early years and received his education in Sunnyside. He served in the U.S. Navy during the Cuban Missile Crisis from 1961 until May of 1963.

He is survived by his wife, Sandra “Sandy” L. Roscoe of Zillah; two sons, David Roscoe of Yakima and Richard Roscoe and wife,


, of Wapato; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild; his parents, Charles and Lorene Roscoe of Chiloquin, Ore.; five sisters, Patricia England and husband, Don, of Lincoln City, Ore.,


Hopper and husband, Garry, of Sunnyside, Marilyn Baldwin and husband, Rick, of Tonasket, Bonnie Mullin and husband, J.R., of Pryor, Okla. and



and husband, Earl, of Chiloquin; his mother-in-law, Marge


of Sunnyside; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his son, Billy; a brother, Steven; a nephew, Daniel Hopper; and his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Pearson and Mr. and Mrs. Roscoe.

Viewing and visitation will be held Wednesday, April 18, 2007, from 2 to 8 p.m. and Thursday, April 19, 2007, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. with funeral services to follow at 3:30 p.m. at Smith Funeral Home in Sunnyside. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to honor his memory may contribute to the Cornerstone Assembly of God Missionary Fund
