Cindy Lou (Tucker) Golden, 54, of Sunnyside passed away Sunday, Dec. 31, 2006, at Sunnyside Community Hospital.

She was born Sept. 20, 1952, in Yakima to Ken and Carol Tucker. On Nov. 14, 1969, she married Daniel Ray Golden in Sunnyside. She received her education in Sunnyside.

Cindy loved kids!!! She worked in childcare for more than 30 years. She was a very loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and friend. She loved her grandsons and granddaughters with all her heart. Her family meant everything to her and she will be greatly missed and always be in our hearts.

She is survived by her husband, Daniel Ray Golden of Sunnyside; two sons, Joe Golden and wife, Jennifer, of Outlook and David Golden and wife, Tammy, of Sunnyside; one daughter, Holli Brown and husband, Randy, of Sunnyside; her grandchildren, JoeyLynn, Jacey, Jenna, Gracie, Devin and Dakota. She is also survived by her parents, Ken and Carol Tucker of Outlook; her father and mother-in-law, Dwayne and Aldora Golden of Sunnyside; three sisters, Joann Smith, Rena Guy and husband, Bob, and Tammy Walkenhouer and husband, Donnie, of Yakima; and one brother, Clifford Wayne Tucker of Yakima; three sisters-in-law, Carol James and husband, Daryl, of Sunnyside, Brenda McClure of Grandview, Laurel Dosch and Jim, of Bellevue; 16 nieces and nephews; and numerous aunts and uncles.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, Jan. 6, 2007, at 1 p.m. at Smith Funeral Home in Sunnyside. In Lieu of flowers, those wishing to honor her memory may contribute to the Billie Beckner Donation Fund at Banner Bank in Sunnyside. Billie, 11, is a great-niece, who had a brain aneurysm and is currently at Children's Hospital in Seattle. Smith Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
