Saul Alvarez, 15, of Sunnyside was arrested last weekend on charges as an accomplice to second degree murder.
Alvarez is the third juvenile arrested in the shooting death of George P. Salinas III in Outlook on Monday, April 30.
Alvarez's capture was confirmed yesterday by Sidney Dolquist, supervisor of the juvenile division for the Yakima County Prosecutor's office.
Bernardo Trevino, 15, is already in custody on a second degree murder charge for killing Salinas, and 15-year-old Lorena Leon is being held as an accomplice to second-degree murder in the case.
Dolquist said Alvarez faces an arraignment hearing this afternoon in juvenile court and will then have a status hearing next Thursday, May 17. Trevino and Leon are scheduled for a status hearing this Friday.
There is also a fourth juvenile believed to have participated in last week's murder who is still at large, Dolquist confirmed.
