GRANDVIEW - Yakima Valley Vinters, the teaching winery at Yakima Valley Community College's Grandview campus, entered its 2007 Rosé and won the silver medal at the Tri-Cities Wine Festival last month.

Hospital staff vying for calendar honors

For the second straight year staff at Sunnyside Community Hospital are biting their nails, hoping it will be their entries that get picked to represent the hospital's 2009 calendar.
