Names released in Grandview shooting

GRANDVIEW - Grandview police have released the names of the individuals involved in a weapons offense incident Wednesday night that left two men with multiple gunshot wounds.

Police were called to the 300 block of Fir Street after gunshots were reported. Officers arrived to find two injured men in the back of a car and two women on scene. One woman was arrested on multiple warrants.

Police say that 19-year-old Ricardo J. Garcia of Granger was hospitalized with leg wounds and charges of possession with intent to deliver heroin, first degree assault and unlawful possession of a firearm are being requested.

Brian K. Quantrell, 29, of Pasco is hospitalized with a chest wound and police are requesting charges of possession with the intent to deliver heroin, assault in the first degree and unlawful possession of a firearm.

Ashley A. Baugh, 23, of Pasco was arrested at the scene and officers are requesting charges of possession with intent to deliver heroin.

Police fielded an identity theft report yesterday, Thursday, from Baugh's sister. The sister filed the report because police say Baugh tried to use her sister's name when officers first made contact.
