On behalf of the staff and families served by Lower Valley Crisis and Support Services/Wylie House, I want to publicly thank the generous members of the Lower Valley Riders for their support of the Lower Valley Crisis and Support Services/Wylie House mission: "to advocate for, educate and support those affected by domestic violence and sexual assault."
For the third year in a row, the Lower Valley Riders have chosen to brighten the lives of Lower Valley Crisis & Support Services/Wylie House clients and families. This was accomplished with a huge outpouring of holiday food, gifts and household supplies, delivered via motorcycle and pick-up truck. We love seeing them roar into our parking lot and are ever so grateful for their warm hearts.
Thank you also to the beautiful and enthusiastic Miss Sunnyside Court, the Panda Daycare Royalty and Little Miss Cinderella Baby for helping the Lower Valley Crisis & Support Services/Wylie House staff make welcome the Lower Valley Riders this past Sunday (Nov. 22).
Also, we say "thank you Daily Sun News" for making room in your busy schedule to cover this story.
/s/ Julia Hart, Executive Director, Lower Valley Crisis and Support Services
