Francisco Walle, 70, a long-time resident of Mabton, died Sunday, Oct. 11, 2009, at his home.

He was born in Calcoman, Mexico.

He was a farmer.

He is survived by his spouse, Porfiria Walle of Mabton; two daughters, Elizabeth Nataro of Prosser and Bertha Walle of Seattle; three sons, Francisco Walle Jr. of Mexico, Efrain Walle of Mabton and Alejandro Walle of Zillah; 14 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

Viewing will be held today, Oct. 14, 2009, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 6 p.m. at Valley Hills Funeral Home in Sunnyside. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, Oct. 15, 2009, at 4 p.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, cremation to follow.

Valley Hills Funeral Home in Sunnyside is in charge of arrangements.
