Wendall "Dutch" Goodwin, 75, of Kennewick passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 24, 2010, at Fleur de' Lis Adult Family Home.

Wendall was born Jan. 16, 1935 in Lincoln, Neb. to Louie and Beth Goodwin.

He spent his early years in Mabton, where he received his education and graduated from Mabton High School on May 26, 1953.

Wendall married Patsy Lee Bullis on Jan. 17, 1954. They had two sons, Greg and Wendall Jr., settling in Othello to raise their boys.

Wendall retired as a union carpenter in 1996.

Wendall loved spending time with family and friends. He also, loved watching his sons play sports and enjoyed coaching Little League.

Wendall is survived by his two sons, Greg and Wendall Jr.; four sisters, Maxine (Olin) Simmons, Barbara (Bob) Harris, Sharon (Jerry) Kollmar and Lynn (Dick) Demarais; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and wife Patsy.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, May 1, 2010, at 2 p.m. at Desert Lawn Memorial Park, 10th and Union Street in Kennewick.
