Wade Brady Kuiken, 32, of Zillah passed away on Monday, June 21, 2010.
He was born June 2, 1978 in Sunnyside to Philip J. and Susan K. (Johnson) Kuiken.
He received his education in Sunnyside graduating with the Sunnyside High School class of 1996.
Wade later attended Walla Walla Community College to receive a degree in diesel mechanics.
He was employed by Andersons Equipment, R.D.O., Johnsons Concentrates, and was last employed by Welchs.
On June 10, 2000 he married Michele McDonald in Sunnyside. They together made their home in Sunnyside and later moved to Zillah.
Wade enjoyed the outdoors, taking his children to the mountains, going jeeping and fishing.
He cherished his time spent with his family and friends.
He is survived by his wife, Michele Kuiken of Zillah; his children, Dakota, Harley and Clayton Kuiken all of Zillah; his parents, Philip and Susan Kuiken of Sunnyside; his siblings, Aaron Kuiken, twin brother, Wyatt (Neomie) Kuiken and Hailee (Danny) Mount all of Sunnyside; his grandfather, Walter Johnson of Sunnyside; his father-in- law, Randy (Melody) McDonald of Terreboone, Ore.; his mother-in-law, Sheree (Ron) Hooks of Redmond, Ore.; his sisters-in-law, Jennifer (Jeff) Warren of Prineville, Ore. and Megan Hooks of Bend, Ore.; a brother-in-law, Christopher Hooks of Redmond, Ore.; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family; and friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Barbara Johnson.
Viewing and visitation will be held Sunday, June 27, 2010, from 1 to 4 p.m. and Monday, June 28, 2010, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Smith Funeral Home in Sunnyside, with graveside services to follow at 1 p.m. at Lower Valley Memorial Gardens in Sunnyside.
