14th annual Easter egg hunt on tap at Darigold

This is the 14th year a free Easter egg hunt will be staged at Darigold's Dairy Fair, located at 400 Alexander Road in Sunnyside.

Dairy Fair this coming Saturday, April 3, will have a 10 a.m. hunt for children two and younger, a 10:15 a.m. hunt for 3/4-year-olds, a 10:30 a.m. hunt for 5/6-year-olds and a 10:45 a.m. hunt for children 7 to 9 years of age.

A sack or basket for each child must be provided by those participating, and each of the more than 11,000 eggs will have a treat, coupon or prize.

The Sunnyside Fire Department, Sunnyside Police Department, the Miss Sunnyside Court, Miss Cinco de Mayo Court, Sunnyside's Promise, Smoooth the Cow, McGruff the Crime Dog, Sunnyside Police Explorers, the Crash Dummies and the Yakima Valley Dairy Ambassador will be on hand to assist in the event.

Every child who participates will receive a free carton of Darigold milk, as well.

Parents are encouraged to arrive at least 15 minutes early
