Community theater group seeks support

Over the Hill Theatricals seeks continued community support.

Over the Hill Theatricals was formed in 1989 for older thespians who love to have fun entertaining audiences with live theater productions of Broadway musicals. Since that time 20 shows have been produced on the stage of the Sunnyside High School auditorium. Our success has been largely due to the strong support we receive from all the communities in the Lower Yakima Valley.

Due to the ongoing construction at Sunnyside High School, the decision has been made to move this year's production of "Bells Are Ringing" to The Princess Theatre in Prosser. Even though the venue has changed, it is our hope that our patrons will continue to support us by purchasing program advertising, displaying posters and coming to our performances.

Already we have a cast and crew of more than 50 individuals from Yakima to Prosser preparing for this production. Soon they will be out in the various communities selling program advertising and distributing posters, and we are counting on your support. Your help will allow our company to keep doing what we love best-- producing live theater performances for the audiences of the Yakima Valley and beyond!

Our shows are scheduled for Oct. 8, 9, 14, 15 and 16. Be watching your local papers and other media for more details about performance times and ticket information. We hope to see everyone at The Princess, where you are sure to be entertained.
