Following the web trend, to pay bills over the internet, Cascade Natural Gas customers can now access their account online.
The service allows customers to register and receive paperless statements, as well as pay their natural gas bill online.
The online service tools include a link to account information, the payment center and customer service and an account summary that includes a statement archive and account history. In addition, by going online customers can access a usage summary link that allows customers to compare this year's to last year's usage.
Moreover, customers can access conservation tips and other ways to improve home efficiency. Finally, by going online, customers will have a help center with frequently asked questions and a "contact us" form.
"Our customers are busy and their time is valuable. Sometimes a customer doesn't have time during regular business hours to check on items related to their natural gas bill. This online service is available 24 hours a day," said Frank Morehouse, executive vice president and general manager for Cascade Natural Gas.
"Our hope is that customers find this online service useful and a way for us to be as efficient with their time as possible."
