Kathleen Mary Frazier, 96, fell asleep in death on Sunday, July 10, 2011, at Kadlec Hospital in Richland.
Kathleen was born May 12, 1915 in Great Falls, Mont., the first of three girls born to George and Alice Colligan.
She attended school in Box Elder, Mont., and graduated in 1934.
She married Arden Flansburg on June 1, 1934 and had three children, Bessie Lee, Gareth and Leamon in Box Elder. She later moved to Portland, Ore., where she worked in the shipyards. In 1945 she married a second time to Sam Frazier in Lewiston, Idaho, and had two more children, Cal and Stacy. They lived in Box Elder, Mont., Kalispell, Mont., Thermopolis, Wyo., Athol, Idaho and Dalton, Idaho.
In the mid 60's they settled in the Sunnyside area till 1996, when her husband Sam Frazier became ill and they moved to be near family in Hayden, Idaho.
Kathleen spent her last year of life in Soap Lake, with her grandchildren.
Kathleen worked very hard to raise her children, she leaned towards and enjoyed hard work, field work, gardening, and was very handy with a tool box.
Kathleen began her study of the Bible in the early 1950s and dedicated her life to Jehovah and symbolized this by water baptism on April 21, 1952. For almost 60 years, Kathleen served zealously as one of Jehovah's Witnesses.
Kathleen is survived by two sons, Gareth (Stella) Flansburg of Hot Springs, Mont. and Leamon (Linda) Flansburg of Superior, Mont.; plus numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews; and numerous dear friends that served shoulder to shoulder with her in the Christian ministry activity.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Sam Frazier; her sons, Stacy and Cal Frazier; her daughter, Bessie Lee Taylor; and grandson, Allen Flansburg.
Her life was simple and always focused on God's Will to the end. "Let God's Kingdom Come".
Services will be held Saturday, July 23, 2011, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 2291 Tear Road, Grandview.
