Driver's ed class offered this summer

The Sunnyside School District is offering a traffic safety education class this summer.

Registration for the class began on June 1 and sign-ups will continue until June 9. Registration times are from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Sunnyside High School ASB office.

Total enrollment is limited to approximately 55 students. If additional students are registered, priority will be given to Sunnyside School District students by age.

The first traffic safety ed class meeting will be on Thursday, June 9, at the Sunnyside High School media center (library). The first meeting is mandatory for both students and parents.

The summer classes will last five to six weeks. Cost of the class is $285 and must be paid by cash or check. For more questions call 836-3228.
