Anna Mae Stump, 87, a former Granger resident, died on Wednesday, June 22, 2011, at her home in Ephrata.

She was born March 1, 1924 in Roston, Okla., the daughter of Jesse and Irene (Calclascer) Barnascel.

On Aug. 18, 1941 she married William Glenn Stump Sr. in Granger.

She is survived by 10 children, Doris Wolford of Cosmopolis, Margie Boose of Central Park, Billie Jo Fortner of Elma, William Stump Jr. of Hoquiam, Loretta Marshall and Teresia Wells, both of Ephrata, Kathie Bentley of Soap Lake, Mike Stump of Joseph City, Ariz. Cheryl Turley of Royal City and Rodney Stump of Moses Lake; 113 grandchildren and great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and one sister, Patty McDaniels of Richland.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, William in 2000; one infant son, William Thomas Stump; one grandson, Charles Wolford; one great-granddaughter, SyKhara Rose Powell; and eight brothers and sisters.

Viewing and visitation will be held Tuesday, June 28, 2011, from 10 a.m. to noon at Smith Funeral Home in Sunnyside with graveside services to follow at 1 p.m. at Sunnyside Cemetery.

Smith Funeral Home LTD and Crematory in Sunnyside is in charge of arrangements.
