Celia Ann Ramos, age 61, passed away on Tuesday, Sept.13, 2011 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Celia was born to Luis and Guadalupe (Paz) Miranda on Aug. 10, 1950 in Brownfield, Texas.

Celia loved to go antique shopping, cooking, photography and gardening. She cherished the time spent with her family.

She is survived by her loving husband, Oscar Ramos, her children, Andy Sanchez of Spokane, Lupe Ann (Steve) Wolfe of Spokane, Roger Lee Sanchez of Pagosa Springs, Colo., Oscar Ramos Jr. of Seattle, Alex Ramos of Sunnyside and Annalicia Ramos of Sunnyside; her grandchildren, Franky and Elijah Wolfe. She is also survived by her brothers and sisters, Frankie Flores, Juan Acosta, Oralia Diaz, Tony Miranda, Tomas Miranda, Nasario Miranda, Stevan Miranda, Esperanza Miranda, Ophelia Sanchez, Simon Miranda and Ric Miranda.

She is preceded in death by her parents Luis and Guadalupe Miranda.

A recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held on Friday, Sept. 16, 2011 at 6 p.m. at the Smith Funeral Home in Sunnyside. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, Sept. 17, 2011 at 10 a.m. at the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Sunnyside with burial to follow at Lower Valley Memorial Gardens in Sunnyside. Smith Funeral Homes is in charge of arrangements.
