YAKIMA - Cameron Stinnett posted the low individual round for the Grandview Greyhounds at yesterday's Lee Dolquist Invitational at Yakima's Apple Tree Golf Course.

Stinnett got around the par-72 resort-style layout with a round of 102. Shooting a 50 on the front side and a 52 after the clubhouse turn, Stinnett's highlight of the day was stuffing his tee shot two feet from the cup on the par-3, sixth hole, from where he tapped in for birdie.

Team-wise, the 'Hounds finished in 10th place from a field of 12 class 1A/2A schools. Grandview's team score totaled 467. Chelan claimed top honors with a team score of 353, led by Christian Krumbah's 3-over-par 75.

Krumbah shared medalist honors with Andrew Raab of East Valley. The Red Devils placed sixth in the boys team standings with a tally of 381.

Besides the round of 102 Grandview got from Stinnett, the 'Hounds registered individual scores of 118 by Matt Daily (56-62), 123 by Dylan Parker (65-58) and 124 by Sean Charvet (56-68).

Also representing Grandview at Tuesday's golf invite was Ty Adamson, although his round of 143 was not applied to the team score.

The only other 1A/2A golfer, besides Raab and Krumbah, who carded a sub-80 round yesterday was Othello's Trevor Salisbury, who notched a 5-over-par 77.
