Entomologist guest speaker at monthly Prosser meeting

PROSSER - Grape growers, fieldmen and processors interested in learning about the threats presented to crops as a result of emerging pests, including the spotted wing drosophila and vine mealybug, are invited to attend the monthly grape fieldman's breakfast this coming Thursday, July 5.

The breakfast is sponsored by the Washington State University Extension Office in Prosser.

Speaking at this month's meeting will be Entomologist Doug Walsh.

The breakfast meeting will be held at the Barn Restaurant in Prosser at 7:15 a.m.
