Grandview's Colley takes first place honors

Coming as close as anyone has this year to getting all games correct was Derek Colley of Grandview. Colley was the lone entry with only two misses in this past weekend's Football Forecast contest sponsored by the Daily Sun News and local merchants. Colley will receive the $50 first-place prize money.

Taking a close second place with three misses and edging out five other participants with her tiebreaker score was Krysten Leyendekker of Grandview. Leyendekker will receive a three-month subscription to the Daily Sun News.

Remember that entries must be in by 4 p.m. Friday to qualify. Entrants are reminded to double-check their entries to be sure they are filled out completely with full name, address and phone number. Incomplete entries cannot be accepted.
