GRANDVIEW - For those looking to fill their homes with the fresh scent of a Noble, Grand or Douglas fir tree for Christmas, the Grandview High School FFA chapter will hold its annual tree sale, beginning Saturday, Dec. 1.
The location of the sale has changed from the Wilbur-Ellis site on Wine Country Road, however.
Those looking to help out the local FFA students can venture among the fresh-cut selections at Grandview's Country Park, also known as the Yakima Valley Fairgrounds, on Wallace Way.
FFA members will be on site to help community members with selecting the perfect Christmas tree on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Sundays from noon to 6 p.m., and on Tuesdays and Fridays from 4 to 7 p.m. until supplies have been sold out or until Christmas.
All funds raised during the Christmas tree sale will benefit Grandview High School FFA programs, projects and events.
