Lots of action in Grandview

GRANDVIEW – Police in Grandview have been swamped since last Friday morning, responding to a burglary and three theft reports along with more than 50 other calls in that time.

A burglary was reported to police last Friday night from the 600 block of East Third Street. Officers also responded to a theft report from the 700 block of East Washington Street and a theft report from the 100 block of Division Street. An arrest was made in the second theft.

Grandview police also investigated a report of a stolen vehicle Saturday night.

Since last Friday police have also handled 12 reports of suspicious activity, six noise complaints, six traffic problems, two utility problems, two automatic alarms, an animal problem, three reports of juvenile problems, three reports of runaway juveniles, a report of an unsecure premises and a domestic problem.
