Approve minutes of the Nov. 25 Regular Meeting.

B. Claim Vouchers

Approve claim vouchers 81458 through 81526 and wire transfers as listed for the period ending Dec. 9, in the amount of $1,418,151.

C. Payroll Vouchers

Approve payroll and vendor vouchers 117718 through 117745, payroll direct deposits 23094 through 23177 and payroll vendor ACH 1712, 1720 through 1726 in the amount of $455,650 dated Nov. 30.

D. Official Newspaper

Consider approving a reso-

lution accepting bid and authorizing the Daily Sun News as official city newspaper for 2014.

E. Municipal Engineering Services

Consider resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into a professional services agreement with Huibregtse, Louman Associates.

F. Hearing Examiner Con-tracts

  1. Approve resolution authorizing contract with Gary Cuillier for Hearing Examiner Services.
  2. Approve resolution authorizing the city manager to enter into an agreement with Patrick D. Spurgin for Hearing Examiner Pro-Tem services.

G. Reid Middleton - Sup-plement #3

Consider resolution approving agreement for professional engineering services with Reid Middleton.

H. Interlocal Jail Agreement - City of Zillah

Consider resolution authorizing Interlocal Jail Agreement with the City of Zillah for the year 2014.

I. Professional Services Agree-ment - Rose Eilts, CPA

Consider resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into a contract for Certified Public Accountant services.

J. Sunnyside Municipal Court - Judicial Services

Confirm City Manager’s appointment of Steven L. Michels for judicial services.

C. Budget Adoption

Consider an ordinance adopting the 2014 budget.

D. Washington State Depart-ment of Enterprise Services - Interagency Agreement

Consider resolution authorizing agreement with Washington State Department of Enterprise Services for energy upgrade projects (WWTP Blowers & Facilities Lighting).

E. Washington State Depart-ment of Enterprise Services - Investment Grade Audit

Consider resolution authorizing agreement with McKinstry for an investment grade audit.

F. 2013 TAP Regional Call for Projects Application

Consider resolution authorizing the submittal of a grant application for Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP) funding of non-motorized projects (N. 16th St. Sidewalk Project).

G. Change Orders - P.O.W. Contracting, Inc.

  1. Consider resolution accepting and authorizing execution of Change Order #1 for the Wells 12/13 Pump Station Project.
  2. Consider resolution accepting and authorizing execution of Change Order #2 for the Wells 12/13 Pump Station Project.

Consider resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into a contract for payroll and timekeeping services.
