Free clean-up dump days for Grandview residents on tap

GRANDVIEW - The city of Grandview is holding its spring clean-up days on Saturday, April 13, and Saturday, April 20, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the public works shop (603 N. Willoughby).

The collection station is free to all residents of Grandview. Verification of city residence, either by driver's license or a water bill, is required.

No commercial loads will be permitted.

No electronics, vehicle batteries, automotive parts or hazardous wastes (such as chemicals, oils, solvents, paints or insecticides) will be accepted.

A $5 fee will be charged for each appliance, a $1 fee for car tires and a $5 fee for a trunk tire.
