S'side Planning Commission seeks to fill current vacancy

The City of Sunnyside is accepting applications from citizen volunteers to fill a vacant position on the Sunnyside Planning Commission, as established by SMC 2.50.

The commission also performs other planning functions as required by the city council and state law.

The Sunnyside Planning Commission meets each calendar month or as needed.

Applications for this unpaid position are available online at http://www.sunnyside-wa.gov (councils & commissions page), in the city clerk's office at city hall, which is located at 818 E. Edison Ave., or by calling 837-3997.

Applications will be accepted until the vacancy is filled.
