Jack Hollmeyer, 77, of Mabton passed away on Wednesday, May 15, 2013 in Sunnyside.

Jack was born June 13, 1935 in Syracuse, Neb. to Conrad and Blanche (Mathis) Hollmeyer. He received his early education in Mabton, graduating with the Mabton High School class of 1953.

On March 10, 1984 he married Sheri Roberts.

Jack was a life-time farmer who also enjoyed hunting, his car club "Aces and Eights" and was also a licensed airplane pilot.

He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Jack is survived by his loving wife, Sheri Hollmeyer; his children, Connie (Randy), Kirk, Cherie (Max), Angel and Wayne (Karen); 12 grandchildren; and four great- grandchildren.

Jack was preceded in death by his parents, Blanche and Conrad Hollmeyer.

Funeral services will be held Monday, May 20, 2013, at 1 p.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Prosser, with burial to follow at Grandview Cemetery.
